Pursuant to U.S. Treasury Circular 230, content provided through this Service cannot be used to avoid tax penalties or to promote, market, or recommend any transaction or tax position.

While we work to provide accurate, up-to-date guidance, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or applicability of any response to your specific situation. The Season Pass grants 30 AI-assisted tax questions through October 15, 2026, for a one-time fee of $49. The pass is non-transferable, non-refundable after questions have been used, and expires on October 15, 2026, regardless of questions remaining.

Refund requests for unused passes must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by emailing info@lpbservices.com.

Free accounts receive 5 questions per tax year. Free questions are non-transferable and do not carry over between tax years.

You may not use this Service to:

• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior.
• Scrape, reproduce, or redistribute responses for commercial use.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, circumvent, or exploit the system.
• Submit content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LPB Tax and Accounting Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on this Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service, if any.

All content, branding, and materials on this platform are owned by LPB Tax and Accounting Services. AI-generated responses are provided for your personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund where prohibited use is involved.

These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which LPB Tax and Accounting Services operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
